I offer a safe, supportive space where you can explore your thoughts, emotions, and the mind-body connection, fostering personal growth through evidence-based practices.

I support young people and adults facing a variety of challenges such as:

  • Chronic or persistent pain
  • Adjustment to illness and living with a disability
  • Functional Neurological Disorder (working alongside your other healthcare professionals)
  • Anxiety, phobias and panic disorders
  • Depression and mood disorders
  • Sleep disturbances
  • Emotion regulation difficulties
  • Post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) and Complex Trauma
  • Perinatal mental health

As an AHPRA Board-Approved Supervisor, I also provide guidance and supervision to other psychologists and health professionals, helping them work effectively with complex cases and enhance their clinical skills.

I use a combination of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), alongside Polyvagal Theory, and Biofeedback techniques to tailor my approach to a person’s unique needs, helping individuals to build emotional resilience, find meaning, and improve overall well-being. With over a decade of experience working in a tertiary Pain Management Service, as well as working at Headspace (Youth Mental Health Service), I transitioned to private practice to offer more personalized support for people to help them to lead a rich and meaningful life.

I value confidentiality and privacy in all aspects of my practice.

I am currently available on Fridays at Revesby or via Telehealth. I look forward to working together with you.
